Her expertise spans enterprise program and PMO leadership, technical sales and professional services operations, organizational transformation, workforce strategy, procurement, global logistics, and technology-enabled business improvement. She has led project delivery teams and multidisciplinary initiatives through direct and matrixed leadership, aligning senior stakeholders and diverse functions around shared priorities, accountability, and implementation.
